What medical problems are treated in your Urgent Care?

Many everyday illnesses and injuries such as the flu, colds, sinus infections, mild pneumonia, mild asthma, COPD, vomiting and diarrhea, rashes, mild allergic reactions, urinary tract infections (UTI), cuts, sprains, broken bones, minor joint dislocations, and head injuries. What is a Medi-Spa?

We at Cincy Health know that physical and emotional wellness go hand-inhand. To complement our Urgent Care, we offer, by appointment, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, Botox injections, ultrasound fat removal (body contouring), and weight loss counseling. We do NOT offer massages, facials, or manicures/pedicures at this time. There is a private waiting area and refreshments for our spa guests.

What other services does Cincy Health provide?

School, sports, DOT, and other work related physicals, workman’s compensation injuries, tetanus and flu immunizations. We do NOT perform blood testing, but we can provide a prescription for this and direct you to a nearby outpatient laboratory.

Who do you treat?

All ages from infants to the elderly. Please understand that some services may not be for all age groups and the decision is at the discretion of the provider.

Who will be treating me?

There is a lot of variability in provider qualifications in the Urgent Care market. All providers at Cincy Health are certified advanced nurse practitioners and physician assistants with years of emergency medicine experience. Kevin C. Is insurance accepted?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Please call or ask the receptionist if you have specific questions about your plan.

Does Cincy Health provide follow up care?

Yes. Our providers are happy to provide simple follow up for minor illnesses and injuries which require reevaluation such as upper respiratory infections, wound rechecks, and suture removals.

What if my problem is too serious to be treated at Cincy Health?

Our providers are experts at triage (sorting patients by illness severity). If we determine that you need emergency care, we will contact a physician in the ER of your choosing to prepare them for your arrival. We can arrange an ambulance transfer if needed.
